The MedicaLock Difference
- MedicaLock’s MTs perform their work by securely connecting through a Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection to the MedicaLock file server using only MedicaLock-owned laptops and court reporting equipment.
- Our MTs must complete a two-factor authentication process by using RSA SecurID tokens that randomly generates passwords for each connection to our patented secure web portal, known as STARS.
- To provide our clients’ complete information assurance, MedicaLock MTs can edit the electronic and text files but can NEVER transfer any content from our file servers to their respective laptops.
- All user authentication activity is logged, tracked, and periodically audited.
